CIPTUG is the official organization for users of Cisco IP telephony solutions, and provides a forum for the global IP telephony community to share their experiences and insights. The CIPTUG Conference is the only event of the year focusing strictly on Cisco IP Communication products. EPS representatives will discuss how they have partnered with Cistera Networks to evaluate their customers' strategies and utilize Cistera applications to bring increased value in the education vertical market. A Cistera customer will discuss the specific Cistera applications selected and how they enhance the IPT solution.
