Cisco and Ameritech Executives Join ShareWave's Board of Directors; New Board Appointments Add Further Momentum to ShareWave's Home Networking Strategy.

These new appointments bring the total number of ShareWave board members to seven.

Most recently, Benjamin was senior vice president of Sprint, where she served as president of Sprint's Multimedia Group and as the chief of staff for the

Long Distance Division. She developed Sprint's Internet strategy and also launched the company's leading edge Internet products in telephony, email, fax and conferencing.

Craig Lee brings to the ShareWave board extensive experience in the interactive, communications and Internet industries. During his tenure at Ameritech, Craig Lee has served as a director of Peapod, L.P., KidSoft, L.L.C., MNI See Merom New Instructions.  Interactive, and Telogy Networks.

Dino Vendetti of Vulcan Ventures brings to the ShareWave board an extensive background in the telecommunications and wireless industries. Previously, he was with Dain Rausher as vice president and research analyst covering the telecommunications industry.
