Cisco Executive Brett Shockley Returns to Head Spanlink Communications.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 23, 2002

Spanlink Communications, a pioneer in voice over IP (VoIP) and contact center solutions, announced today that Brett Shockley resumes his position as Spanlink's president and chief executive officer, effective immediately.

From August 2000 to December 2001, Shockley was vice president and general manager of the Cisco Systems “Cisco” redirects here. For other uses, see Cisco (disambiguation).

), which is based in the Boston area. Shockley decided to return to Minneapolis-based Spanlink, a key software developer and leading Cisco partner in the pioneering stages of the VoIP evolution, to be closer to his family in the Twin Cities.
