Cirullo claims MVP honor at tournament.

Chris Cirullo of Pleasant Hill was named MVP (Multimedia Video Processor) A high-speed DSP chip from Texas Instruments, introduced in 1994. Officially introduced as the TMS320C80, it combines RISC technology with the functionality of four DSPs on one chip.  in the 145 pounds-and-up category after winning the 160-pound division at the eight-team Perry Burlison Classic prep wrestling tournament at Cascade High School Cascade is a name for several high schools in North America, including:

  • Cascade High School, Clayton, Indiana
  • Cascade High School, Cascade, Iowa
  • Cascade High School, Cascade, Montana
  • Cascade High School, Turner, Oregon
 on Friday.

David Dallas (135 pounds), Luke Simms (215) and Devin White (275) had pins to lead host Siuslaw to a 65-30 Sky-Em League victory over Creswell.

Cody Davis pinned his opponent at 103 pounds for the Bulldogs.

Taggart Duncan captured the 200-yard freestyle The code name for the MCE version of Windows. See Media Center Edition.  and 100 freestyle to lead Sheldon to a 105-37 Midwestern League win over host Willamette.

In another dual, Aaron Motter won the 50 freestyle to highlight Springfield's 103-36 victory over Willamette. Aaron Pan won the 200 individual medley med·ley

Girls swimming

Christine Perlow won the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke to lead Sheldon to a 100-60 victory over Willamette in a three-team Midwestern League meet. Willamette beat Springfield 90-58 in the other dual.

Molly Gau of Willamette captured the 100 breaststroke.
