The change was accomplished through a merger of Cirrus Logic (company) Cirrus Logic - A manufacturer of integrated circuits including the Advanced RISC Machine and display interface processors and cards for use as Windows accelerators (requiring dedicated driver software). http://cirrus.com/. Inc. into its wholly owned Delaware subsidiary of the same name. Reincorporation results in a change only of Cirrus Logic's legal domicile domicile (dŏm`əsīl'), one's legal residence.
