Cirrus Health Appoints Jerry Huggler to CFO at North Texas Hospital.

TROPHY CLUB, Texas -- Cirrus Health, a premier healthcare development and management company, announced the appointment of Mr. Jerry Huggler as Chief Financial Officer of its North Texas Hospital facility located in Denton, Texas.

"Jerry is a licensed CPA and brings over ten years of financial experience to the North Texas Hospital team," said Randy Bacus, Chief Executive Officer at North Texas Hospital. "We have every confidence Jerry will maintain our commitment to the financial integrity of our facility."

Huggler is a seasoned management and finance professional with years of experience in financial and business planning, accounting and administrative operations. He most recently served as Controller at Bayhealth Medical Center in Dover, Delaware. Huggler was responsible for the accounting and reporting functions of the multi-million dollar healthcare delivery system. He oversaw financial analysis, accounts payable, payroll, corporate treasury, cash management, corporate banking and tax reporting. Huggler served in various roles in the United States Air Force including Treasurer at USO Delaware, Inc.

Huggler received his Master's of Science in Taxation/Financial Planning from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wesley College in Dover, Delaware. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Air Force Sergeants Association.

The campus also encompasses a full-service imaging department, a 40,000 square foot Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility and a medical office building.
