Cirond Announces Reseller Agreements in Europe, Asia, South America, Australia and Canada to Meet Needs of $4 Billion Annual Global Network Security Market.

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Cirond Corporation (NASDAQ OTCBB:CROO) today announced a number of key reseller agreements designed to significantly enhance the company's ability to sell its network security solutions into a broader range of international markets. These agreements will give the company greater reach and depth in the UK, France, Taiwan, Brazil, Australia and Canada -- and allow it to hasten the adoption of Cirond flagship products including AirSafe (a network security utility that automatically disables a notebook computer's wireless radio whenever the computer is plugged into a wired corporate network) and AirPatrol Sentinel (a software-based network scanning tool that provides 24/7 "wired side" detection of unauthorized wireless devices).

Paralink has sold AirPatrol Enterprise to a number of government agencies in Taiwan.

--Grey Matter of the United Kingdom -- This major London-based corporate reseller with more than 20 years experience in the UK market is now carrying the Cirond product line.

--Wireless-Consulting of Asnieres-sur-Seine, France -- This French reseller is an expert in wireless-related security issues and boasts a broad variety of customers throughout France.

--Sao Paulo, Brazil-based Agencia TAO -- This reseller recently helped Cirond to solve a major potential network security issue for Brazilian airline Gol Linhas Aereas. "Airline security is more important than even bank security -- banks handle money, airlines handle lives.
