WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Cirilium Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: CRLU) announced today that its subsidiary, Cirilium, Inc., has finalized a worldwide joint distribution agreement with PhoenixSoft, Inc. to distribute the Cirilium Integrated Communications Gateway ("ICG") Voice over Internet Protocol ("VoIP") solution to their carrier and enterprise customers, and as part of the agreement, Cirilium will add PhoenixSoft's world class billing solution to its extensive product line.

Warren Mattingly, the Chief Executive Officer of PhoenixSoft indicated that he believes, "The Cirilium solution provides the core software and hardware products that will seamlessly migrate end users from a traditional circuit switched environment into a feature rich VoIP network.
