Circuit Research Labs reports profitable third quarter, nine month results.

TEMPE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 14, 1996--Circuit Research Labs, Inc. (The Nasdaq Stock Market:CRLI) today announced unaudited results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 1996. The net income of $64,984, or $.11 per share in the three month period ended September 30, 1996 represents CRL's third consecutive profitable quarter. Net sales for the third quarter of 1996 were $631,295, up 29% from $488,576 in the third quarter of 1995, primarily due to shipments of CRL's digital processor, which began shipping in the first quarter of 1996. -0-
