"Circle.com San Francisco has recently experienced a dramatic uptick in new business," Wilke said, "winning contracts with companies like Applied Biosystems, Chandon Estates, eLance, and Nuance in this year's third quarter alone. Much of that success can be attributed to Allen's grasp of what it takes to drive a client's online business."

"We take great pleasure in announcing Kendall's promotion to General Manager, San Francisco," said Roger Black, Allen's former supervisor and Chief Creative Officer at Circle.com. "Kendall shares Circle.com's commitment to creating a new kind of consulting firm that goes beyond the old definitions of an ad agency or design firm or engineering shop. She will help to create the premiere Internet strategy firm in the Bay Area - and one that is able to execute its consulting advice with real, lasting, and measurable results."

Allen's eight years experience on both the client and agency sides of the Internet industry give her a unique and invaluable perspective. Her first-hand knowledge of client goals is complemented by a proven track record of building successful online businesses.

Prior to joining Circle.com in February 2000, Allen worked at Excite@Home, where she was charged with the co-creation of the Publisher Services operation within their Digital Marketing division. Before signing on with Excite@Home, Allen was the Director of Client Services for USWeb/CKS (now marchFIRST) Marketing Practice.
