Circle.com Enhances E-mail/Web Synergies With NetMarquee Inc.


BALTIMORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 7, 1999--

Circle.com (Nasdaq: CIRC) a leading Internet professional services (job) professional services - A department of a supplier providing consultancy and programming manpower for the supplier's products.  company, today announced the strategic acquisition of NetMarquee, Inc., to offer its clients seamless solutions integration between e-mail and Web site customer interfaces. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

NetMarquee, a Needham, Mass.-based Internet direct Internet Direct, also known as "Indy", is a free software / open source socket library written in Object Pascal, an object-oriented version of Pascal. It includes clients, servers, TCP, UDP, and raw sockets, as well as over 100 higher level protocols implementations such as SMTP,  marketing company specializes in customized content development and management, online metrics reporting, e-mail broadcast, and marketing programs to drive customers to the Web.
