CirTran Corp. Opens Los Angeles Office to Focus on International Business Development.

SALT LAKE CITY -- CirTran Corp. (OTCBB: CIRT), an international full-service contract manufacturer of IT, consumer and consumer electronics products, announced today that it is opening a satellite office in Los Angeles in accordance with the company's internal expansion program.

The new 2,500-square-foot office is located on the 17th floor of 1875 Century Park East in the Century City entertainment and business district of Los Angeles. Scheduled to open in November, the office will serve as headquarters for CirTran's business development and strategic planning activities for the company's multiple business divisions including electronics, consumer products, direct response/retail and "as-sold-on-TV" products.

Trevor M. Saliba, CirTran's executive vice president for worldwide business development, will manage the new facility.

"Since the formation of CirTran-Asia 18 months ago, CirTran has made tremendous inroads in manufacturing for the sold-on-TV industry, which has a large presence in the Los Angeles area," Saliba said. "By establishing a presence in Los Angeles, CirTran will be in the midst of existing and prospective customers, and be better able to present the products we are presently designing and manufacturing in China, which are sold primarily via infomercials around the world."

Saliba said the new office will initially house a professional staff of approximately 10 individuals, providing engineering, design, sales and program management support for all of CirTran's divisions.

Through the first three quarters of 2005 ended Sept. 30, Saliba said CirTran-Asia won in excess of $80 million in new business and "evolved as a significant player in the manufacturing of products for the sold-on-TV/direct response marketplace. In addition, the company is in final discussions on similar size projects for its core electronics division."

Saliba said that current plans call for CirTran to open additional satellite offices in New York and London in 2006.
