), an international full-service contract manufacturer of IT, consumer and consumer electronics products, today issued an update to shareholders, noting that the company is "on schedule" to complete its SEC filings.

Founder, President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Iehab J. Hawatmeh said CirTran plans to file its 10-KSB for fiscal 2005 when due by the SEC. He said CirTran plans to issue a press release announcing projected year-end and fourth quarter revenues and profits prior to the filing.

"All systems are 'go' at CirTran," said Hawatmeh. "We're continuing to compete successfully for exclusive manufacturing contracts in the direct response/sold-on-TV industry, and our core contract manufacturing business in Salt Lake is serving major clients in the public and private sectors."

Hawatmeh said he's been telling shareholders who have called that he "knows of no business reasons" why the company's shares more than doubled in price recently before falling back.

"Speculators, profit-takers ... you name it," he said. "CirTran does not deal in the rumor mill. We prefer to provide accurate and timely information, particularly to our long-term shareholders, who we thank once again for their loyalty."

Hawatmeh said that CirTran still plans to participate in the Friedland Capital Undervalued Undervalued
