CirTran Corp. Anticipates Growth.

CirTran Corp. (Pink Sheets: CIRT), the largest non-captive contract manufacturer in Utah providing complete turn-key solutions, Wednesday announced the expansion of its sales representation to better meet the demand of expected business growth.

CirTran Corp. expects to increase the number of sales representatives the company currently has under contract.

Chief Executive Officer Iehab Hawatmeh said, "Our sales representatives come on board with many already established relationships within the industry. By increasing our sales representation we expect to see a positive increase in business, which we can readily handle due to our new facility expansions."

Expecting to complete all of the requirements needed for ISO 9002 standard certification, Hawatmeh commented, "We anticipate the certification to be completed in the near future. Once certified, we can play in a much bigger market." ISO 9002 is an international certification that a company conforms to certain standards and its unique quality system.

Previously, CirTran announced a partnership with an offshore Malaysian entity. Company management expects to commence bidding for multi-million dollar contracts through this entity in the very near future. Management also anticipates increasing revenue from this partnership. Updates on contracts will be forth coming.

Additionally, company management is currently in the process of converting previous "labor" contracts to new turn-key customers, providing a greater source of revenue for the company.

CirTran Corp., which recently filed to gain a listing on the NASDAQ OTC Bulletin Board, is currently awaiting approval of its form 15c211. Acceptance of form 15c211, and the listing of the shares on the NASDAQ OTCBB market will provide access to a much broader base of investors, and should provide additional opportunities for financing and expansion through potential acquisitions.

As part of management's plan to increase company-shareholder communication, shareholders will be updated as events progress.
