CirTran Corp. Announces Significant Progress in Its Growth Strategy.

CirTran Corp. (Stock Symbol: CIRT) trading over the counter on the Pink Sheets, announced that the company recently completed the re-filing of its form 15c211.

This re-filing, once deemed effective by the NASD, will allow CirTran to be traded on the Nasdaq OTCBB exchange.

Recent progress at CirTran includes:

Becoming the largest non-captive contract manufacturer in the state of Utah by increasing the amount of SMT (surface mount technology) lines it utilizes for production.

The company has also entered into a partnership with a Malaysian manufacturing firm which would greater enable CirTran to secure higher volume, multi-million dollar contracts.

Acceptance of form 15c211, and the listing of the shares on the Nasdaq OTCBB market will provide access to a much broader base of investors, and should provide additional opportunities for financing and expansion through potential acquisitions.

Additionally, Racore Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of CirTran Corp., has completed its bid with a U.S. federal agency for a contract valued at more than $2 million over the next three years. Racore is currently fulfilling orders totaling more than $225,000 for fiber optic network cards with the same federal agency.

As part of management's plan to increase company-shareholder communication, shareholders will be updated as events progress.
