Mr. Gerrard, a thirty-plus-year veteran, has overseen and implemented quality control programs for such leading firms as Litton and Northrop Grumman. During his fifteen year tenure at Northrop Grumman, Mr. Gerrard was responsible for Process Administration, Employee Development, Management Training, Organizational Development, Safety, Technical Product Assurance, Quality Control and Assurance.
