CirTran's Racore Subsidiary Adds Communications Supply Corp. to Its New Customer List with Order for Educational Marketplace.

SALT LAKE CITY -- Racore Technology, Inc., a subsidiary of CirTran Corporation (OTCBB:CIRT CIRT - Camara Nacional de La Industria de Radio y Television (Mexican Association of Broadcasters)
CIRT - Certificate in Recreation and Tourism
CIRT - Clerical Input and Review Team (Colorado)
CIRT - Computer Incident Response Team
CIRT - Contract Issues Resolution Team (US Government)
CIRT - Critical Incident Response Team
), announced today that it has continued to add to its list of new customers with an initial order from Communications Supply Corporation of Carol Stream, Illinois.

Trevor M. Saliba, executive vice president for worldwide business development of CirTran, said Racore received an order for M8190A Fiber Optic Fast Ethernet Network Adapters with VF-45 Fiber Connectors.

The adapters were built by Racore at CirTran's 40,000-square foot manufacturing facility in Salt Lake. Racore was acquired by CirTran, an international full-service contract manufacturer of IT, consumer and consumer electronics products, in 1998.

The adapters were shipped to Communications Supply's customer, Computer Cable Connection of Bellevue, Nebraska, for their customers in the education market. Computer Cable Connection is a network integrator who provides services and products to build, manage and enhance telecommunications and computer network infrastructures.

Racore a 3M 'Reference Vendor'

Mr. Saliba said Racore has been a partner in the 3M(R) Volition

fiber optic products since 1997, but that earlier this year 3M moved its market focus away from network adapters and switches to concentrate on the fiber optic cable and connector business. Racore, he said, remains a 'referenced vendor' of network cards on 3M's Web site (www.3m.com/market/telecom/enterprise/volition/system/ network_switches.jhtml). "Racore sees this order from Communications Supply as potentially being the beginning of increased sales opportunities for these products, particularly as Racore continues to support 3M Volition users, and other vendors show a lack of ability to support their Volition products in current and new operating systems," Mr. Saliba said. He said future orders could come from a variety of distributors, depending upon whether the card is to be pre-installed in a new workstation, or replace a card in an existing workstation.

"Gaining a new customer is always exciting, and knowing that our adapters will be used in the educational system by students and teachers is, quite frankly, very rewarding," said Mr. Saliba. "We welcome Communications Supply Corporation to Racore's growing customer list and look forward to serving the company and its customers in the future."
