Ciprico Announces Appointment of New VP Finance and CFO.

Ciprico, Inc. (Nasdaq:CPCI) today announced that Tom Wargolet is joining Ciprico as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.

Wargolet brings over fifteen years of financial experience to Ciprico, most recently as CFO of TeeMaster.com, an Internet start-up. Prior to that, Wargolet was CFO at Enstar Inc. and a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Minneapolis.

Joan Berg, Ciprico's current CFO, has resigned to spend more time with her family and personal interests.
