Cipher Holding Corporation Name and Symbol Change.

OAK BROOK, Ill. -- Cipher Holding Corporation (OTCBB:CIHR) (the "Company") announced today that the name change of the Company to "Imagin Molecular Corporation" will be effective today and that the Company's common stock will be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under the new symbol "IMGM".

Corey Conn, the Company's President stated: "We are excited that the Company's new name more accurately reflects its new business plan and operations related to molecular imaging and scanning. Our goal is to become a significant, if not majority shareholder of PET related business from PET scanners to PET centers. The name change and eventual spin off of non PET related businesses will assist investors to more readily identify the Company's name with its new enterprises."
