Cintech offers new CINPHONY Email.


Cintech Solutions, developer of interaction management software solutions for small to mid-sized contact centers, has announced the general availability of its new CINPHONY Email application. CINPHONY Email applies the principles of ACD (Automatic Call Distributor) A computerized phone system that responds to the caller with a voice menu and connects the call to the appropriate agent. It can also distribute calls equally to agents. , or voice call management, to an enterprise's incoming e-mail contacts.
