) announced today that its board of directors has authorized the filing of a voluntary petition to reorganize under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court bankruptcy court n. the specialized Federal court in which bankruptcy matters under the Federal Bankruptcy Act are conducted.
