has unanimously voted to award preliminary site plan approval for the construction of 33 townhouses and 36 carriage homes at The Villages at Cinnaminson Harbour.

Known as "Section 5," the townhouses and carriage homes will be located within minutes of N.J. Transit's light rail station, providing commuters access to Camden, Trenton and Philadelphia.

The townhouses, each comprising three bedrooms and two and a half baths, will feature two-story foyers, nine-foot-high ceilings and attached garages. The carriage homes will feature townhouses on the first two floors; the third floor will offer two-bedroom condominiums.

Pricing for Section 5 is expected to begin in the mid-$200,000s.

"There is a great need for new, luxury homes in the Cinnaminson area," said Jason Kaplan, president of Kaplan Companies, noting the development is attracting many homebuyers from central and northern New Jersey.
