Cinergy Solutions Assists Knauf Insulation with Expansion; Leading insulation manufacturer invests $150 million to increase production capability by 50% including $6.5 million to enhance and modernize the electric infrastructure.


CINCINNATI -- Cinergy Solutions has commenced work on the design and construction of a new Medium Voltage Electric System (MVES MVES Mountain View Elementary School (Marietta, Georgia)

) at Knauf Insulation's Shelbyville plant in Indiana. The $6.5 million enhancement of the electric infrastructure is part of Knauf's decision to increase production capacity by up to 50%.

The decision to expand the existing plant rather than build a new plant elsewhere reflects the company's commitment to its employees as well as the town of Shelbyville.
