Cinergy Business Solutions to Provide Facility Renewal Services to Two Indiana Institutional Customers.

Cinergy Business Solutions has reached agreements with two institutional customers in Indiana to provide facility renewal services. The two customers, the Terre Haute Housing Authority and the North Gibson School Corporation, will receive equipment upgrades to improve the efficiency and reliability of their buildings.

Cinergy Business Solutions will provide the Housing Authority with facility renewal services for 256 Dreiser Square housing units at a cost of $2.3 million. The project will include aesthetic improvements, upgraded security and comfort for the residents and is expected to be completed in May, 2000. Cinergy Business Solutions will work directly with the housing authority to provide a total facility renewal package that includes outdoor lighting installation and retrofits, installation of central air conditioning systems for each of the units and an upgrade of the electrical distribution system.

The $1.7 million project for the North Gibson School Corporation will provide needed equipment upgrades improving efficiency and reliability. Cinergy Business Solutions will provide a total facility renewal package that includes lighting retrofits, energy management system upgrades, chilled water system optimization, boiler system replacements, hot water system replacements and window replacements.
