), announced today that it has acquired the leading Canadian performance contracting company, Rose Technology Group.

The newly combined company will be called Vestar and will offer facility and infrastructure solutions to institutional, commercial and industrial customers throughout North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. . Vestar will be headquartered in Cincinnati, Oh., with offices in Pittsburgh, Pa., Toronto, Ont., and other locations throughout Canada. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
