:CPX) Cineplex Odeon Corporation today announced that as of Friday May 24th, it will offer its $3.00 encore movie admission price at two additional Manhattan theatres - The Manhattan Twin and The 59th Street East Cinema, both located on 59th between Second and Third.

"As a result of enthusiastic response and significantly increased attendance following the introduction of the $3.00 admission price at the Worldwide Cinemas in Manhattan, we are pleased to offer this same admission price at these two Manhattan theatres," stated Allen Karp, Cineplex Odeon's President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Providing guests with the opportunity to attend recent releases for only $3.00 increases the accessibility of the moviegoing experience to those on a limited entertainment budget, particularly seniors and students." For only $3.00, moviegoers currently attending the Manhattan Twin can enjoy "Executive Decision", starring Kurt Russell and Steven Seagal, or "City Hall", featuring Al Pacino. At the 59th Street East Cinema, Robert Redford and Michelle Pfeiffer appear in "Up Close and Personal".

Consistent with the Worldwide Cinemas $3.00 admission price, both the Manhattan Twin and the 59th Street East Cinema will present matinees daily. The $3.00 admission price will be valid for any film, any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
