Cinemark to Explore Strategic Alternatives.

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 23, 2004

Cinemark, Inc. announced today that it has retained a financial advisor group to develop strategic alternatives available to the Company to enhance stock value.
