SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 20, 2000

CinemaStar Luxury Theaters Inc. (Nasdaq:LUXY) announced today that Paul Paul, 1901–64, king of the Hellenes (1947–64), brother and successor of George II. In a related move, CinemaStar named Clay Colbert as its new president. Mr. Colbert, who was formerly the company's vice president of operations, has over twenty years TWENTY YEARS. The lapse of twenty years raises a presumption of certain facts, and after such a time, the party against whom the presumption has been raised, will be required to prove a negative to establish his rights.
