In his new position, Eisen will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the company, and will focus on the strategic direction of CinemaNow. Eisen joined CinemaNow in 1999 as Executive Vice President.

Prior to joining CinemaNow, Eisen spent close to a decade at Trimark Pictures. He began as head of Trimark's Legal/Business Affairs department where he was instrumental in negotiating film acquisitions, music, financing and distribution agreements. Eisen became a Vice President in 1994 handling Trimark's production legal work. In that capacity Mr. Eisen negotiated talent agreements and worked with all the Hollywood labor guilds. He has significant experience in all aspects of the movie industry including producing and writing several films. In 1999, Eisen was promoted to Senior Vice President and was placed in charge of all internet related activities including spearheading Trimark's Internet based theatrical motion pictures marketing campaigns.

Eisen graduated from Clark University with a Degree in Philosophy and subsequently received his law degree from the University of Southern California The U.S. News & World Report ranked USC 27th among all universities in the United States in its 2008 ranking of "America's Best Colleges", also designating it as one of the "most selective universities" for admitting 8,634 of the almost 34,000 who applied for freshman admission .
