The Cinebase3 software allows media professionals to find, store, retrieve, and distribute digital video and images, and is used in the entertainment and broadcast industries. PowerTier acts as the middle-tier, enabling faster and more flexible access to the database of video images. PowerTier provided Cinebase with both superior EJB support and object-relational mapping capabilities, enabling them to build a standards-based solution that will meet their needs well into the future.
