CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 6, 1995--Cincom Systems Inc. today announced its Advanced Technologies Group has formalized a software development and marketing agreement with Microsoft Corporation--this agreement expands the relationship announced last fall between Microsoft and Cincom Systems.

The complete line of Microsoft(R) products is now available for resale through Cincom Systems, including the newly released Windows(R) 95 operating system and Office 95 office productivity suite of applications, as well as Microsoft BackOffice, an integrated family of server software built on the Windows NT(TM) Server operating system.

With this agreement, Cincom receives significant development, technical, and marketing support from Microsoft--an excellent alliance, as TOTAL FrameWork(TM), Cincom's upcoming application assembly environment for building cross-functional business applications, fully exploits Microsoft OLE 2.0 and fully supports Windows 95 and Windows NT environments.
