Keynote Plenary Speaker Mr. Piet van Abeelen, Vice President Corporate, GE Plastics, will address the Six Sigma Not to be confused with Sigma 6.
Six Sigma is a set of practices originally developed by Motorola to systematically improve processes by eliminating defects.[1] A defect is defined as nonconformity of a product or service to its specifications.

Joint sessions on lean manufacturing Lean manufacturing is the production of goods using less of everything compared to mass production: less human effort, less manufacturing space, less investment in tools, and less engineering time to develop a new product. , continuous improvement, and how to achieve manufacturing excellence.
