CINCINNATI Cincinnati (sĭnsənăt`ē, –năt`ə), city (1990 pop. 364,040), seat of Hamilton co., extreme SW Ohio, on the Ohio River opposite Newport and Covington, Ky.; inc. as a city 1819.  -- Cincinnati USA rolls out the barrels for the Moments that Zelebrate: Zin-ful Weekend from September 21-23 featuring Oktoberfest Zinzinnati, the largest Oktoberfest celebration this side of Munich.  and everyone learns the 'chicken dance' traditionally led by a celebrity guest. First held in 1976, the event has grown to the North America's largest Oktoberfest with more than 500,000 people attending each year.

Also this weekend, the high flying offense of the University of Cincinnati The University of Cincinnati is a coeducational public research university in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ranked as one of America’s top 25 public research universities and in the top 50 of all American research universities,[2]  football team hosts Marshall University On March 30, 1838, the institution was formally dedicated by the Virginia General Assembly as Marshall Academy, however the majority of its offerings remained below the college level. In 1858, the Virginia General Assembly changed the name to Marshall College.  and the Blue Ash Air Show takes over the skies north of downtown Cincinnati for the weekend. The Moments that Zelebrate: Zin-ful Weekend is developed and promoted by the Cincinnati USA Regional Tourism Network, the organization charged with increasing awareness of Cincinnati as a tourism destination.
