) announced today that its shareowners with fewer than 100 Cincinnati Bell Cincinnati Bell is the dominant telephone company for Cincinnati, Ohio and its nearby suburbs in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. The parent company is named Cincinnati Bell Inc.  common shares will be able to sell their shares or round up to a 100-share position under a program offered by Fifth Third Bank.

Cincinnati Bell said that Fifth Third will send information about the program this week to approximately 6,000 Cincinnati Bell shareowners eligible to participate. The mailing includes a description of the program, instructions for participating, and a toll-free number to call for additional information.

The program allows eligible shareowners to purchase the number of shares that would increase their Cincinnati Bell holdings to 100 shares, or to sell all of their Cincinnati Bell common shares.

Fifth Third Bank's Shareholder Services Group will process and match the requests where possible, completing the rest as open-market transactions Open-Market Transaction
