Believe me, I've been with Cincinnati Bell Wireless for three months now and none of this article is true. They've obviously paid some company to make the claim that they are the best network in the Cincinnati area. Their wireless service is horrible. I always get a ton of dropped calls, terrible voice quality where there is echoing and voice drop-outs, text messages that never get sent or don't come through to me, poor reception, and deceptive sales practices and charges. Avoid them! You think you are getting a good deal, and then you get your bill and there are a ton of extra charges on it. Plus, you always have to wait 40 minutes just to get a live person on the phone when you call customer service. It's ridiculous.
