Cincinnati Bell Telephone, AT&T agree to extend their strategic relationship.


CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 4, 1997--Cincinnati Bell Telephone Co. and AT&T today announced that they intend to extend and expand their strategic relationship for the marketing and provision of communications services in the Cincinnati area.

The companies said that they have agreed in principle and jointly executed a memorandum of understanding A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is a legal document describing a bilateral or multilateral agreement between parties.
