CinTel Applies for Patent in RFID Network Proxying Technology.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- CinTel Corp. (OTCBB OTCBB

See OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB).
:CNCN), a leader in the Internet traffic Internet traffic is the flow of data around the Internet. It includes web traffic, which is the amount of that data that is related to the World Wide Web, along with the traffic from other major uses of the Internet, such as electronic mail and peer-to-peer networks.  management market, announced today it has applied for a patent in Korea related to RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) A data collection technology that uses electronic tags for storing data. The tag, also known as an "electronic label," "transponder" or "code plate," is made up of an RFID chip attached to an antenna.  (Radio Frequency Identification See RFID. ) networks. The patent related to the technology is titled "Cache server A dedicated network server or a service within a server that caches Web pages. Cache servers speed up access to information that has been retrieved previously by the same user or by someone else. See Web cache, origin server, ICP and CARP.  system for RFID networks (Patent application number: 10-2006-0042687)". This patent has been made for a caching server See cache server and Web cache.  which can be deployed in the RFID network to reduce the time of conversion from RFID tags and helps reduce data packets and network traffic size. It can increase the stability of the burst in the RFID network when RFID tag conversion requests occur.

RFID is an automatic identification method used to catalog and track items in large inventories. These "tags" are implanted in devices or transponders and can be incorporated in almost any item including high tech devices, animals, product inventory or even people. Active tags contain silicon chips and antennas to enable them to respond to radio frequency queries from an RFID transceiver. RFID systems using 900MHz (MegaHertZ) One million cycles per second. It is used to measure the transmission speed of electronic devices, including channels, buses and the computer's internal clock. A one-megahertz clock (1 MHz) means some number of bits (16, 32, 64, etc.  radio frequency are expected to increase in popularity in the near future. At this time the active RFID system is being used only at locations such as Wal-Mart and several airports and has seen limited application due to the high price of active RFID tags. However, active RFID systems are expected to become widely used in the marketplace and generate a huge new market as the price of active RFID tags declines.

In the RFID system, RFID tags or IDs, read through RFID tag readers, and are then converted to useful product information. For the conversion from RFID tag to product information, many conversion steps are needed and EPCglobal Inc. (www.epcglobalinc.org) is standardizing those conversion steps. As RFID systems grow and RFID tags are attached on various products or objects, the number of RFID tag conversion requests and the size of data captured will continue to increase. The new patent from CinTel addresses the caching technology for treating large conversion requests. It can drastically reduce the conversion time and the size of network traffic that is generated during the conversion.

Mr. Jong-Yoon Kim, the senior R&D engineer at CinTel, says, "I believe that the caching technologies of CinTel can be applicable to many other areas as well as ITM ITM

(Internet Traffic Management) solutions. Recently we applied our technology to the Online gaming See gaming.  market. We are focusing on this market with our application for an online gaming server, with caching, and our future acquisition of one of Asia's biggest online gaming portals. And now we are implementing our technologies and know-how in the RFID field. Experts agree that the RFID technology industry is an important area of future interest and CinTel thinks it sees a good opportunity to create a niche in that market. With this new patent, CinTel has plans to develop a stand-alone caching server for RFID networks. We are evaluating the integration of industry standard RFID middle-ware at this time and plan to have a industry compliant system in the near future."

Mr. Sang-Don Kim, the CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and President of CinTel, says, "This new patent in the RFID field has significance for CinTel's future in the marketplace. The competition in the ITM solutions market is very competitive and new applications for the technology can be rare. I think CinTel needs to advance into new business areas from its core solutions to a more expansive product line. This patent proves that CinTel is ready for the future and our strategy is not simply focused on existing technologies but demonstrates how we are constantly working to expand our knowledge base through internal R&D. I believe that CinTel will continue to create new profit areas from diverse business opportunities - ITM solutions, Online-gaming, the RFID market, and so on in the near future."
