CinTel's Prospective Largest Shareholder Will Be Long-Term Investor.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Mr. Tai Bok Kim, the largest holder of the convertible notes of CinTel Corp. (OTCBB:CNCN), a leader in the Internet traffic management market, finally spoke out today as to why he invested in CinTel and why he intends to be a long-term investor in CinTel.

Mr. Tai Bok Kim, who stands to hold 19.4 million of new shares of CinTel when he converts sometime, says, "I discovered CinTel last year when CinTel was trading at around $0.03 to $0.035. I was very impressed by Sang-Don Kim, who was and is the CEO and President of CinTel and by far the hardest working person that I know. Immediately after CinTel Korea was established in June 1997, Korea economy experienced its currency crisis in the second half of 1997 - which may be likened to the Depression in the U.S. in that there were countless bankruptcies and job losses in Korea, especially among technology start-ups. However, Sang-Don Kim is a survivor; he beat the odds and under his guidance, CinTel survived through the currency crisis of 1997 and through the technology downturn of 2004 and 2005. Despite the adversities, CinTel has developed some sound technology in ITM (Internet Traffic Management) and network security. In addition, it has managed to diversify into online gaming and digital content business. I concluded that with my involvement and assistance, CinTel could make much bigger strides in virtually all areas of business."

He continues by saying, "Although CinTel has made losses in several years since its inception, I anticipate 2006 will be the turnaround year for CinTel. CinTel will have more revenue this year than in the previous eight years combined. While Sang-Don is growing CinTel organically, I plan to assist him in finding synergistic targets for acquisitions. The acquisitions will be accretive to CinTel's earnings and will continue into 2007. CinTel's foundations are just getting laid, and growth is just beginning. I plan to continue to assist in financing CinTel whenever such need arises. In fact, most of the convertible notes were purchased by my friends, relatives and acquaintances. I have the strongest conviction that I am right about the bright future prospects of CinTel, and I did not get to where I am by being wrong too often. If all things go according to plan, when CinTel has all the pieces of the puzzle together in 2008, it will be an attractive and significant acquisition target to one of the major players in technology, online gaming and/or media. I do not intend to sell, nor do I anticipate any of my co-investors to sell, any of the converted shares in CinTel until such time as the sale of all business assets of CinTel in the distant future." Currently, Mr. Tai Bok Kim is the CEO and President of Pheonix Asset Management Co., Ltd., formerly known as Global Asset Management Co., Ltd. Pheonix Asset Management is 18% owned by an affiliate company of the Bokwang Group (www.bokwang.com) and 20% owned by CinTel.
