Cimbix Corp. to Begin Building out on Its Worldwide Distribution Initiative For PetsMobility, Inc.

:CBXC), is pleased to announce that with the completion of the Licensing Agreement, Cimbix can now aggressively move forward with their worldwide distribution plans for their wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

Cimbix will now focus on providing PetsMobility, Inc., with the required resources to fully build out and implement PetsMobility's business initiatives. PetsMobility, Inc. will begin to add personnel in key operating positions to ensure the PetsCell is introduced to the market in the anticipated time frame estimated to be in the first quarter 2006.
