Cigna names Raycraft to head new specialty care company. (Executives).

Cigna HealthCare has formed a new specialty care company, Cigna Vision Care Inc., and has named John A. Raycraft president.

Raycraft joins Cigna Vision Care with more than 20 years of experience in the vision-care industry, including more than 10 years in senior leadership positions. Most recently, he served as senior vice president, sales and marketing, Medical Eye Services, a California-based managed vision-care company.

Cigna Vision Care will focus on marketing its vision-care coverage products and services to both existing Cigna HealthCare customers and new employer customers.
