CiDRA Announces Strategic Distribution Agreement with ODS B.V.; ODS B.V. to distribute CiDRA's SONARtrac Process Monitoring System.

CiDRA Corporation ("CiDRA") today announced that it has entered into a strategic distribution agreement with ODS B.V. of Barendrecht, the Netherlands. Under the terms of the distribution agreement, ODS will distribute CiDRA's line of SONARtrac(TM) Process Monitoring systems, which include the Volumetric Flow (VF-100) and Gas Volume Fraction (GVF) systems. ODS plans to distribute the SONARtrac systems in their territory, which includes the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
