Chyron Corporation announces election of Raymond Hartman to the company's Board of Directors.


MELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 28, 1996--Chyron Corporation (NYSE/CSE:CHY CHY Commission for Hydrology (WMO)

) today announced that Raymond W. Hartman has been elected to the Company's Board of Directors. With the appointment of Mr. Hartman, Chyron's Board increases to nine members.

Mr. Hartman, 61, currently serves as Deputy Chairman of the Pro-Bel Group and as a member of Chyron's Executive Committee. Mr. Hartman was one of the founders of Pro-Bel Limited, a United Kingdom-based manufacturer and distributor of video signal switching equipment, and served as the company's Chairman from 1993 until its acquisition by Chyron Chyron may refer to:
