Church purchase.

A North Little Rock congregation expanded its holdings in a $200,000 deal.

First Assembly of God acquired the 1-acre site at the northwest end of Parkstone Circle from Blansett Properties LLC, led by Larry Blansett.

The commercial property previously was used to help secure a September 2006 mortgage of $1 million held by Eagle Bank & Trust of Little Rock.

Blansett Properties bought the land for $142,000 in January 2001 from Apartment House Builders Inc. and AHBI Consolidated Inc., both led by Reed McConnell and Donald Collie; John and Susan Jackson; Joe and Mary Smith; John and Phyllis Kincannon; Kevin and Catherine McConnell and Reed and Katherine McConnell.

The group purchased the land as part of a $750,000 land deal in April 1979. The sellers were Fischer Honey Co., led by Raymond Fischer; Lena Faryewicz and Raymond and Myrtle Fischer.
