Members of the swing band and choir choir [O.Fr.] 1 A group of singers; traditionally the chorus organized to sing in a church. Usually, Roman Catholic, Anglican, and Lutheran choirs are composed of men and boys, but occasionally in these churches and customarily in other Protestant from Halifax's Holy Trinity Senior School and the church's own choir have joined forces to present the free event. It will feature a range of music styles, from pop and swing to hymns and musicals. Catherine Ogle, the Vicar of Huddersfield, said: "This is going to be a great opportunity to support a large group of very talented young people. "We love to see the church being put to good use for a whole range of events. We are very happy for our choir to support the next generation of singers and musicians." Everyone is welcome and the concert starts at 7pm. The collection will be shared between St Peter's and Hannah Cockroft, from the school. She is raising money to buy a wheelchair wheel·chair or wheel chair n.
