Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Increases 430th Regular Quarterly Dividend 12.5%.

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYSE:CHD), manufacturer of ARM & HAMMER([R]) consumer and specialty products, today reported that the Board of Directors declared a 12.5% increase in the regular quarterly dividend from $0.08 to $0.09 per share, equivalent to an annual dividend of $0.36 per share.

This quarterly dividend will be payable September 2, 2008 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 11, 2008. It is the Company's 430th regular consecutive quarterly dividend.

The Company previously increased its dividend in August 2007.
