) today announced the appointments of Wayne K. Nelson and Robert D. LeBlanc to its Board of Directors. The Company also announced that after 27 years of service, Jarvis Slade has retired as a Director. With the two additional appointees, one of whom replaces Mr. Slade, the Board has increased to 13 members.

Wayne K. Nelson is the Chairman and former Chief Executive Officer of Nelson Communications, Inc., the firm he founded in 1987. Prior to this, he was the President of Lever Brothers The British manufacturer Lever Brothers was founded in 1885 by William Hesketh Lever and his brother, James.

In 1885 they bought a small soap works in Warrington. Using glycerin and vegetable oils such as palm oil, rather than tallow, to manufacture soap, they produced a
 Personal Products Division. Mr. Nelson was also a Vice President and Group Manager with Johnson & Johnson International, and President, Chairman & Worldwide Coordinator of McNeil Consumer Products Company, a division of McNeil Laboratories The company was founded on March 17, 1879 by 23 year old Robert McNeil, who paid US $167 for a drugstore complete with fixtures, inventory and soda fountain, as a retail pharmacy, in the Kensington section of Philadelphia, PA, USA. . At McNeil, Nelson was credited with launching the TYLENOL programs that made it the top selling analgesic analgesic (ăn'əljē`zĭk), any of a diverse group of drugs used to relieve pain. Analgesic drugs include the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as the salicylates, narcotic drugs such as morphine, and synthetic drugs  in the U.S.

Robert D. LeBlanc brings more than 26 years of experience to the Board, including16 as a senior manager in the specialty chemical industry. He is currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Handy & Harman, a manufacturer of industrial components and fabricator of precious metals Precious Metals

Valuable metals such as gold, iridium, palladium, platinum, and silver.

Investing in precious metals can be done either by purchasing the physical asset, or by purchasing futures contracts for the particular metal.
. Prior to this, Mr. LeBlanc spent more than 12 years with Elf Atochem North America in various senior-level positions, including Group President of the Industrial Chemicals group.
