Chunghwa Telecom Launches Contact Center on-Demand Solution Powered by CosmoCall Universe Platform; Network-Based Alternative to Premise-Based Call Center Technology.

CosmoCom(TM), the market leader in multi-tenant Contact Center On-Demand(TM) platforms for service providers, announced today that Chunghwa Telecom Not to be confused with China Telecom.

Chunghwa Telecom (Traditional Chinese: 中華電信; Hanyu Pinyin:
 Co., Ltd., Data Communications data communications, application of telecommunications technology to the problem of transmitting data, especially to, from, or between computers. In popular usage, it is said that data communications make it possible for one computer to "talk" with another.  Branch (CHT-D) has launched Contact Center On-Demand services based on the CosmoCall Universe(TM) platform. CHT-D's Contact Center On-Demand services will provide businesses with a hosted, feature rich, multimedia contact center used and paid for monthly, rather than purchased up front.

CosmoCall Universe has undergone rigorous testing by CHT-D and Systex, CosmoCom's local partner. Several production customers are already using the system, including CHT-D itself. Systex will also participate with CHT-D in selling the new service.
