 Youk has been named the bank's President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Youk, who has been with Hanmi for nine years, has served as interim CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  since July 7, 1999.

He also served as a branch manager for over nine years, both with Hanmi Bank and with California Korea Bank. Mr. Youk holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley (body, education) University of California at Berkeley - (UCB)
