Chugai Pharmaceutical Discloses Clinical Trial Information through JAPIC Website.


Tokyo, Japan, Sept 9, 2005 - (JCNN JCNN Japan Corporate News Network ) - Chugai Pharmaceutical announced on September 8 that it will begin releasing information on clinical trials conducted by the company through a website organized by the Japan Pharmaceutical Information Center (JAPIC JAPIC Japan Pharmaceutical Information Center ) on September 13.

The company will disclose information on plans on and the results of its clinical trials at the JAPIC website (http://www.japic.or.jp/). The disclosed information will be available both in Japanese and English.

The move will enable Chugai to decide the most appropriate treatment, which will help bridge information gaps between doctors and patients. In addition, the company plans to publicize pub·li·cize
