Chuck Gray Joins Phillip Townsend Associates, PTAI, as CLASS Program Director.

Phillip Townsend Associates, Inc. (PTAI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Allen E. (Chuck) Gray as program manager of its CLASS (Customer Loyalty and Satisfaction Surveys) program.

Gray will be responsible for the management of the ongoing CLASS program and will be located in PTAI's Houston headquarters.

"Chuck is the focal point of our CLASS service with PTAI clients worldwide," Jerry Laird, PTAI vice-president of consulting, said. "He is instrumental in providing customer satisfaction and loyalty tools that will meet the needs of both the high-level data user and the sophisticated data-user."

Gray brings with him over 35 years of professional experience in petrochemicals and polyolefins fields with 23 years with ExxonMobil and 12 years with Monsanto.

Gray reported to the president of ExxonMobil Chemical Americas as an internal consultant on worldwide corporate initiatives. Most recently, Gray founded Vision First, a behavior-based safety consulting and strategic development firm.
